had my housewarming party this weekend,went off without a hitch ,the food arrived in time ,all the expected guests and some unexpected guests turned up...with presents so it was great. the food was great had a lot left over.the last guest left at 9.00 the party was for lunch and this couple thought it was for dinner and arrived in the eve,anyways had a nice time,tottally exausted as the day came to an end,
have to go to work tommorow and explore more real estate ..........
